It’s a new moon and it’s daylight savings time. why is it so difficult to sleep when it’s only an hour time change? mind racing with so many things I want to do and yet feel stuck in procrastinate mode because I can’t seem to start one thing … ugh . and I stress that this is my one day to restore… as I read what I am typing I realize it’s just life and that no matter how much I do today / or don’t do . I will be busy no matter.. so why am I racing through my life!

hey @ sunnysideup… where is your half glass full? Sometimes the change of the time and the moon affects everything but more importantly , what are you doing to filter your thoughts so that they don’t just run away from you and take over your mind with meaningless internal chatter? It is like having an annoying tv on in the background. Turn it off. find your discipline.. your FOCUS. Do one thing , not 5 things. Start .. and see how that helps. Feel good and say good things to encourage yourself instead of tearing yourself apart for all the things you’ re not doing. We all have the same amount of time each day. Time is our most precious gift.. We forget . and I mean all of us . forget to use it wisely and mindfully.. Breathe and begin again 🙂 hope you have a mindful day ..
